Download the Paycent user app from the Apple App Store. Devices with iOS 8 or newer are supported.

  1. Using your iOS device, tap the App Store icon and tap Search.
  2. In the search box, type Paycent and tap Search.
  3. In the results, tap the Paycent icon.
  4. Tap GET to download the app.
  5. Note that you may be required to enter your App Store password or Touch using registered finger print. When downloading is complete, GET will change to INSTALL. Tap Install.
  6. When installation is complete, INSTALL will change to OPEN. Tap OPEN to set-up your Paycent account.
  7. Tap SIGN-IN if you already have an account or tap SIGN-UP to set-up your account.

Download the Paycent user app from the Google Play Store. Devices with Android 4.0.4 or newer are supported.

  1. On your Android phone, tap the Google Play icon.
  2. Tap Search.
  3. In the search box, type Paycent. Tap Search.
  4. From the results, tap the Paycent icon.
  5. Tap INSTALL.
  6. When installed, tap OPEN.
  7. Tap SIGN-IN if you already have an account or tap SIGN-UP to set-up your account.

Search ( Website Address ). Valid Mobile Number and E-mail address are required

  1. Fill in your mobile number to receive an activation code through a text message.
  2. Enter the Input Code received on your mobile number and choose your preferred language
  3. Enter the fields required with the following information:
    • Secondary Mobile Number
    • Birthdate (must be the same as the government ID that will be uploaded)
    • Present Address
    • Permanent Address
    • Nationality
    • Place of Birth
    • Source of Income
    • Nature of Work
  4. Once successfully provided the information, you may start using your Paycent app. To fully use functionalities of Paycent, you have to fully verify your account by completing your profile.

Once you have successfully downloaded the Paycent application

  1. To register a new account, tap "Sign Up" from the Login screen.
  2. Fill-up the form with your area code + 9 digits mobile number then tap "Next" button
  3. Confirm the provided mobile number to continue to receive a one time message to verify your mobile phone number. (Note: Carrier charges may apply)
  4. Enter the OTP that was sent via SMS then tap "Next" button (Note: If User was not able to receive OTP via SMS, user may choose from the selections: Resend SMS or Call Me. And user will receive a new generated OTP)
  5. Fill-up the form then tap "Sign Up" button with your Language, First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address, Mobile Number, Currency, Desired Password and PIN
  6. Success Message will be displayed once information has been completed

To be able to use all the functionalities of Paycent: Add Funds, Send Funds, Cash-out, Top-up or Pay Mobile and Utilities, you need to verify your account.

  1. To verify your account, you may click on the Profile Progress Bar and fill-in your personal information.
  2. Enter the fields required with the following information:
    • Secondary Mobile Number
    • Birthdate (must be the same as the government ID that will be uploaded)
    • Present Address
    • Permanent Address
    • Nationality
    • Place of Birth
    • Source of Income
    • Nature of Work
  3. You must also upload at least one valid government ID. The list of acceptable IDs will be shown on your screen (Note: For Minor users ages 12-18, a student ID can be used for opening the Paycent account.) For Minor: (For Approval)
    • Consent of Parent of Opening an Account
    • Full Information of Guardian
    • ID of Guardians
  4. A set of security questions must be answered to fully complete the verification process
  5. Once information is completed, Paycent Support Team will review your personal information and submitted IDs. A notification e-mail will be sent through your e-mail address to give an update or require additional information
  6. Approval of Paycent account will take up to two (2) business days.
  7. Once approved, you may now enjoy using Paycent application.

In order to transact using Paycent, need to add funds to the account via four options (Debit Card, Bank Account, Voucher and Merchant)

  1. Login to your Paycent account.
  2. On the dashboard, tap "Add Funds". The next screen will give you the option to select which method you would like to use.

In order to transact using Paycent, need to add funds to the account via three options (Debit Card, Bank Account, Voucher)

  1. To add funds via Debit Card, tap "Add Funds" icon from the dashboard screen.
  2. The next screen will provide you with (4) Options such as Debit card, Bank Account, Voucher and Via Merchant. Tap "Debit Card" from the menu. (You may use Visa or Mastercard)
  3. Input your name as it appears on your debit card along with your card number and expiration date in this format (MM/YYYY) format.
  4. Enter the CVC/CVV code of your card. You may find this code on the back of your card.
  5. Enter your desired amount. Once all required fields have been filled, tap "Next" and you will be directed to the Summary Screen.
  6. A summary screen will be shown to you so you can review the details and tap "Add Funds" button once transaction is confirmed.
  7. To authorize add funds via voucher, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  8. A reference number will be displayed upon successful "Add Funds". Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  9. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.

Paycent allows you to add funds through your bank account. You can choose Internet Banking or Over-the-counter method.

  1. To add funds via Bank Account, tap "Add Funds" icon from the dashboard screen.
  2. Tap "Bank Account" from the menu. The next screen will allow you to input your bank details.
  3. Select country from the drop down menu. The app will automatically update to show all our partnered banks based on country selected.
  4. Select bank from the drop down.
  5. After selecting the bank from the menu, an instruction will appear to your screen to provide you steps on how to add funds using your bank account based on your desired method. You could also send the instruction to your e-mail by ticking the box that says "Send this to my e-mail".

Via Internet Banking
  1. Login to the internet banking website of your bank.
  2. Click "Transfer Money" option
  3. Enter the following information: Account Number; Amount
  4. Enter your Paycent mobile number on the remarks field.
  5. Wait for the confirmation that the transaction is successful and wait for the next banking for the amount to be credited to your Paycent account.

Via Over-the-countery
  1. Visit your preferred bank and fill-up Bank Transfer Form
  2. Go to the teller and submit the Bank Transfer Form you filled-up together with the money.
  3. Please wait for the printed transaction reference number.
  4. Upon successful transaction, the amount will be credited to your Paycent account within 2-3 hours.

You may Add Funds using a purchased voucher.

  1. To add funds via Voucher, tap "Add Funds" icon from the dashboard screen.
  2. Tap "Bank Account" from the menu. The next screen will allow you to select the amount of the voucher you would like to purchase
  3. Select the amount of the voucher you would like to purchase. The next screen will allow you to input your credit card details.
  4. Input your name as it appears on your credit card along with your card number and expiration date in MM/YYYY format.
  5. Enter the CVC/CVV code of your card. You may find this code on the back of your card.
  6. Enter your desired amount. Once all required fields have been filled, tap "Next". You will be directed to the Summary Screen.
  7. A summary screen will be shown to you so you can review the details and tap "Add Funds" button once transaction is confirmed.
  8. To authorize add funds via voucher, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  9. A reference number will be displayed upon successful "Add Funds". Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  10. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.

Paycent allows you to add funds through our partners

  1. To add funds via Merchant, tap "Add Funds" icon from the dashboard screen.
  2. Tap "Via Merchant" from the menu. The next screen will show you the list of Merchants where the User could add funds
  3. If the User's geolocation is ON, a map will show where PayCent merchants are located near the location of the User.
  4. Once the User taps on the logo of the merchant, address and contact info of the merchant will show.

Send funds allows you to send funds to other Paycent users within your country or outside your country.

  1. Login to your Paycent account.
  2. To send funds, tap "Send or Request" icon from the dashboard screen. The next screen will give you the option to Send or Request Funds

After verifying your Paycent account, here's how you can Send Funds using your Android or iOS device.

  1. Tap "Send Funds"
  2. Enter the mobile number (area code + 9 digits) you wish to send funds to. You could also select the mobile number from the Paycent contacts or scan QR code to get the mobile number of the receipient of the funds.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to send. Make sure you have enough Paycent balance to proceed with this transaction. If you are sending funds to a Paycent user from another country, forex / exchange rate will be shown to you
  4. You can enter your message for the recipient (optional) then tap "Next"
  5. A summary screen will be shown to you so you can review the details and tap "Send Funds" button once transaction is confirmed.
  6. To authorize send funds, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  7. A reference number will be displayed upon successful "Send Funds". Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  8. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.

After verifying your Paycent account, here's how you can Send Funds using your Android or iOS device.

  1. Tap "Send Funds"
  2. Enter the mobile number (area code + 9 digits) you wish to send funds to. You could also select the mobile number from the Paycent contacts or scan QR code to get the mobile number of the receipient of the funds.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to send. Make sure you have enough Paycent balance to proceed with this transaction. If you are sending funds to a Paycent user from another country, forex / exchange rate will be shown to you. For the "Amount", the user may either put an amount based on his currency or currency of the recipient. Inputted amount will automatically compute the converted currency amount.
  4. You can enter your message for the recipient (optional) then tap "Next"
  5. A summary screen will be shown to you so you can review the details and tap "Send Funds" button once transaction is confirmed.
  6. To authorize send funds, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  7. A reference number will be displayed upon successful "Request Funds". Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  8. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.

Request Funds allows you to request funds from other Paycent users within your country or outside your country

  1. Tap "Request Funds"
  2. Enter the mobile number (area code + 9 digits) you wish to request funds from. You could also select the mobile number from the Paycent contacts or scan QR code to get the mobile number of the receipient of the funds.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to request. If you are requesting funds from another Paycent user from another country, forex/exchange rate will be shown to you
  4. You can enter your message for the recipient (optional) then tap "Next"
  5. A summary screen will be shown to you so you can review the details and tap "Request Funds" button once transaction is confirmed.
  6. To authorize request funds, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  7. A reference number will be displayed upon successful "Request Funds". Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  8. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.
  9. A request notification will be sent to Grantor and he will decide to Accept, Reject and Change the amount of the request. Your balance will automatically be updated once the request is approved.

Sender receives a notification for Request Funds. Sender and receiver have the same country.

  1. To grant the request funds, tap Notification icon from the Dashboard screen
  2. Tap the notification for "Request Funds"
  3. User will review the transaction request and will have an option whether to Reject or Accept this. Tap "Accept" to proceed. Note: Grantor has an option to change the requested amount if they have the same currency of the requester.
  4. To authorize the transaction, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  5. A reference number will be displayed upon successful "Request Funds". Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  6. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.

Sender receives a notification for Request Funds. Sender and receiver have the same country.

  1. To grant the request funds, tap Notification icon from the Dashboard screen
  2. Tap the notification for "Request Funds"
  3. User will review the transaction request and will have an option whether to Reject or Accept this. Tap "Reject" to decline.
  4. User to confirm the rejection of request
  5. A message regarding the rejecting of transaction will display

Sender receives a notification for Request Funds. Sender and receiver have different countries

  1. To grant the request funds, tap Notification icon from the Dashboard screen
  2. Tap the notification for "Request Funds"
  3. User will review the transaction request and will have an option whether to Reject or Accept this. Tap "Accept" to proceed. NOTE: Forex / exchange rate will be shown to you. For the "Amount", the user may either put an amount based on his currency or currency of the recipient. Inputted amount will automatically compute the converted currency amount.
  4. To authorize the transaction, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  5. A reference number will be displayed upon successful "Request Funds". Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  6. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.

Split Bill allows you to share payments with friends or colleagues.

  1. Login to your Paycent account
  2. On the dashboard, tap "Split Bill" Enter the total amount of the bill
  3. Tap add contacts to select your Paycent contacts to whom you will be requesting funds from. You can only add maximum of four (4) Paycent contacts. Maximum participants in split bill is five (5) including you.
  4. You can choose to either split the bill equally or customize the amount then tap "Next"
  5. Once transaction summary is shown, review the details then tap "Submit"
  6. A prompt will pop-up indicating that your transaction is successful along with a reference number. Your Paycent contacts which you included in the split bill will receive a notification of your requested amount. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transactions.

Participants receive notification for Split Bill

  1. To grant the split bill, tap "Notification" icon from Dashboard screen
  2. Tap the notification with "Split Bill" message
  3. User will review the transaction request and will have an option whether to Reject or Accept this. Tap "Accept" to proceed
  4. To authorize the transaction, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  5. A reference number will be displayed upon successful "Split Bill Request Funds". Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  6. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.

Participants receive notification for Split Bill

  1. To reject the request funds, tap "Notification" icon from the Dashboard screen
  2. Tap the notification with "Split Bill" message
  3. User will review the transaction request and will have an option whether to Reject or Accept this. Tap "Reject" to decline the transaction
  4. User to confirm the rejection of request
  5. A message regarding the rejecting of transaction will display

Bank Transfer within the country

  1. Login to your Paycent account
  2. On the dashboard, tap "Cash Out". The next screen will give you the option to select which method you would like to use.
  3. Tap "Bank Transfer"
  4. Select country and city from the drop down menu. The app will automatically update to show all our partnered banks based on country selected.
  5. Enter the following information: Account Number; Amount
  6. A summary screen will be shown to you so you can review the details and tap "Send Funds" button once transaction is confirmed.
  7. To authorize cash out, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  8. A reference number will be displayed upon successful "Cash Out". Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  9. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.

Bank Transfer outside the country

  1. To do a "Cash out", tap "Cash out" icon from Dashboard screen
  2. Tap "Bank Transfer"
  3. Select country and city from the drop down menu. The app will automatically update to show all our partnered banks based on country selected.
  4. A summary screen will be shown to you so you can review the details and tap "Send Funds" button once transaction is confirmed.
  5. To authorize cash out, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  6. A reference number will be displayed upon successful "Cash Out". Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  7. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.

With Paycent, you can top-up your own mobile prepaid number or top-up others within your country or outside your country.

  1. Login to your Paycent account
  2. On the dashboard, tap "Mobile" under the Top Up or Pay Category. The next screen will give you the option to select which method you would like to use.
  3. Tap "Prepaid"
  4. Select country of the mobile number, Input the number manually or import from contacts or scan QR code to enter the number followed by Operator and the amount that you wish to top-up then tap "Next"
  5. A summary screen will be shown to you so you can review the details and tap "Top Up" button once transaction is confirmed.
  6. To authorize cash out, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  7. A reference number will be displayed upon successful "Top Up". Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  8. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.

With Paycent, you can top-up your own mobile prepaid number or top-up others within your country or outside your country.

  1. Tap "Prepaid"
  2. Select country of the mobile number, Input the number manually or import from contacts or scan QR code to enter the number followed by Operator and the amount that you wish to top-up. Note that if you are sending top-up to a Paycent user from another country, exchange rate will be shown to you then tap "Next"
  3. A summary screen will be shown to you so you can review the details and tap "Top Up" button once transaction is confirmed.
  4. To authorize cash out, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  5. A reference number will be displayed upon successful "Top Up". Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  6. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.

When you make any purchase to any of Paycent accredited merchants, you can pay them using the Paycent app

  1. Login to your Paycent account
  2. On the dashboard, tap "Merchant" under the Top Up or Pay Category.
  3. When the merchant generates a bill using Paycent app, user can pay merchant by scanning a QR code from the merchant or entering a reference number provided by the merchant. To scan a QR code, tap the "Scan QR code" icon
  4. The camera of the device will take a photo to scan the QR code
  5. A Merchant summary screen will be shown to you with the Merchant's Name and Total Amount Due. Note that if you are using Pay Merchant from another country, exchange rate will also be displayed, then tap "Pay Bill" button once transaction is reviewed
  6. To authorize payment to the merchant, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  7. A reference number will be displayed upon successful payment to the merchant. Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  8. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.

With Paycent, you can pay for utility bills (electricity, water, landline and other bills) anywhere. You could also pay for your loved ones' bill abroad.

  1. Login to your Paycent account
  2. On the dashboard, choose which type of bill you'll be paying (Electricity, Water, Landline and other bills)
  3. Select the country of the biller / service provider. Input the account number manually, select from saved account numbers or scan QR code to enter the account number. Enter the amount, Note that if you are using Pay Electricity from another country, exchange rate will also be displayed, then tap "Next"
  4. A summary screen will be shown to you so you can review the details and tap "Pay" button once transaction is confirmed.
  5. To authorize payment, User may input the PIN or scan the fingerprint for security verification then tap "Confirm" button
  6. A reference number will be displayed upon successful payment. Tap "Ok" button to go back to the dashboard screen.
  7. An app notification will be sent to you indicating the details of your transaction.
